How to Sign-Up for Consignment Services
Welcome to our Treasures by Dawn Crescent's Consignment Services Program.
As a Consignment Vendor, you'll become part of our 'Thrift Boutique' family, dedicated to providing exceptional service and products while we serve our community.
We’re currently accepting requests from vendor's who wish to participate in our web-based consignment services program, involving access to an electronic portal which helps manage and streamline our consignment sale process. Utilizing this business model has helped ensure the quality and alignment of our growing inventory, as we continue to focus and manage the curation process of our Thrift Boutique.
You must have access to a computer to participate in this consignment program.
Consignment Inventory
At this time, overnite bulk drop-offs are no longer accepted.
Clothes are to be folded, laundered and free of stains, odors and pet hair.
Most drop-offs can be processed within a 30 minute to an hour window, allowing vendors to stay in-store. Anything we do not accept, will be returned to you at the end of the process. If the drop off is left unattended, consignors have 24-hours to retrieve rejected items. Items not picked up within that time frame will be donated.

Consignment Applications

Your initial contact information will be requested for submission. Please make sure you review the Consignment Terms of Conditions Form explaining the details of this Agreement.
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a secondary email confirming your acceptance. In this email, you will be directed to fill out your remaining contact information needed for Vendors to receive their payments.
Program Overview Highlights
The Treasures by Dawn Crescent Consignment Terms of Conditions Form includes:
- Details of the online application enrollment, web-based inventory listings upload, receiving notification of item(s) sold, and how vendor payments/payouts are electronically issued. No cash will be issued for payouts. This is non-negotiable.
- Enrollment in the program begins with a 50/50 fee split agreement between Treasures by Dawn Crescent and the Consignment Vendor. Minus any incurred fees to make the sale. Full disclosure is given upon completion of the sale in your web-based vendor portal.
- This Consignment Agreement under contract for 90 Days. If you must request to withdraw your items after 30 days of submission, a $20.00 service fee will be requested from the Vendor due to providing services regarding the management, operation and listings of the vendor's inventory by Treasures by Dawn Crescent.
- We offer an electronic Consignment Vendor Portal. Once you are approved to join the program, you will be given access to log in (on the website) at any time to check the status of your sales and any balances due to you.
- For accounting purposes, vendor payouts are scheduled once a month. These payments will be issued at the beginning of each month following the previous sale month that has ended.
